This full-scale renovation project in Key Biscayne transformed an outdated layout into a fresh, functional living space tailored for modern family life. The design included the addition of a third bedroom and a flexible guest room, maximizing the apartment’s potential without expanding its footprint.

I reimagined the interior flow to improve natural light, storage, and spatial balance, while also redesigning the kitchen to enhance both function and aesthetic continuity. Every detail—from layout changes to finishes—was carefully planned to align with the client's vision and lifestyle.

This project is currently presented through architectural renderings, enhanced with AI tools and construction blueprints, offering a clear view of the final design direction.
